The support of local and national businesses is important to us at Glasgow South West Foodbank. Through the Trussell Trust we are really lucky to be part of national partnerships with Asda and Tesco, but we want you too!
We’d love your business to help us, to help people, in our community. Our city is a beautiful, vibrant place full of amazing businesses, both big and small, just like yours. ‘People Make Glasgow’ is the slogan after all….
There are lots of ways to get involved, from your staff volunteering with us, to sharing your area of expertise with us. You could;
- Organise a fundraising event for us, the more unusual, the better (we love seeing what you come up with)
- Sponsor or donate equipment to help with the day-to-day running of the foodbank
- Share your skills or expertise with us, we are a small team trying to wear many hats. Help us to be more effective and upskill
- Run a food drive at your workplace
- Have one of our collection cans or posters with a donation QR code in your workplace
- Come and volunteer with us, from moving stock, helping with supermarket collections, packing food parcels, to making tea we can usually find you something to do!
