Give Help
Donate Food and Toiletries
We rely on your donations, no matter how big or small.
The Trussell Trust have stated that over 90% of the food distributed by foodbanks in their network is donated by the public, that’s an amazing figure!
Sadly, given the continuous rise in the cost of living, we are not experiencing that 90% donation level at Glasgow South West Foodbank.
While we are a part of the Trussell Trust network, we are a small, independent, local charity in our own right. We rely on donations of food, toiletries and funds in order to operate and without them, we would have to close our doors. Put simply, we need your help!
What Can I Donate?
Our shopping list on the right shows the items that we need most at the moment but we are always happy to receive donations of in date, non perishable, food and toiletries.
You can also give to us financially using the red ‘Donate’ buttons you can see at the top right and bottom centre of this page. This is secure, quick and easy. For more information on monetary donations click here.
How Can I Get My Donation to You?
If you would like to bring your donations directly to us please contact us and we can arrange a time for you to drop them off, either at one of our Foodbank Centres or at our warehouse.
We also have donation points in some local supermarkets which are accessible whenever the stores are open. Items donated here do not have to have been purchased in store. These are listed below;
